This is our go to spot, we work right down the street from here. The ultimate omelet is the best, it comes with the home patatoes and you have the choice to add either, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, French toast or just toast. Great deal! The servers here are all very sweet and the take care of their customers.

There are several places in the South that could take some pointers from this place. Superb service despite being very busy. Fast. Hot. Friendly. Once I tasted the coffee I knew I'd be in good hands. Ordered the pancake Combo which was great, and I will be back to try those biscuits and gravy.

Alice's Restaurant is such a hidden gem! Would say only locals know about this area. Came on a Sunday morning so was really busy and people kept coming in and out but it was such a short wait before we were attended. The servers are very attentive and super friendly and are always making sure nothing is needed and that your coffee cup is full. I got the pancake combo but replaced it with a waffle and comes with either sausage or bacon and eggs depending on your preference. Portions are a very good size and all their food looked really good. The restaurant is a dinner style with even an American dinner bar area to sit at.

We had a nice breakfast experience at Alice's. We went with their pancakes, avocado and bacon omelette served with the country potatoes. If this wasn't fattening enough, we decided to try the biscuits & gravy. We enjoyed all dishes but the gravy could have used more seasoning. Service was quick and the waitress were quite attentive. It's a decent hole in the wall diner that's worth visiting.

This was a cute little restaurant my friends and I visited on our way back to San Diego from Lake Arrowhead. The staff were extremely sweet and accommodating for our large group of 14. They allowed us to all have separate checks too! I really loved the food - I got chicken fried steak and eggs, which also came with a choice of bread and potatoes. The chicken fried steak had good flavor, the eggs tasted great (no salt or pepper needed in my opinion), and the potatoes with bell peppers and onions had more flavor than I expected! For the bread i decided on biscuits and gravy- the biscuits were buttery and flaky, pretty good if you ask me! The only part that fell apart little short for me was the gravy - it tasted good but didn't have a strong enough flavor. Besides that, I will definitely be recommending this place again when in the area (:
